Securing Clips for Pegboard Hooks

A client approached Distinguished 3D wanting a solution to stop the hooks on his pegboard in his garage from falling off when a tool was taken off a hook.

He noted there were already options both online and in-store but wasn't satisfied with their quality or the fit on his pegboard.

We sat down and worked out what size of clips were needed based on the size of the hooks and the distance between the holes in the pegboard.

Two sizes of pegboard clips were designed and printed to accommodate the different sizes and styles of hooks he used.
