Dividers for Panes of Glass

An excellent function for 3D printing is printing parts that are no longer sold on the market or the replacement parts are too expensive.

A client was in need of small dividers for the panes of glass on their deck as some of the original ones had gone missing over the years. A couple quick quick measurements and I was able to print 10 at one time for a quick turnaround. ASA filament was used which has excellent outdoor properties such as resistance to UV rays and seasonal temperature changes.
